Read Blissful in larger text or on paper
Small print on a bright phone screen makes a calm page feel like hard work.

The quickest way to enlarge Blissful is to use your browser or phone settings. The site follows them, so the text grows and the lines rewrap. There is no separate text-size button to look for.
Printing works the same way. Every planner has a Print button, and any guide can be printed from your browser menu.
How do I make the text bigger on a laptop?
Zoom is built into every browser. It enlarges text and pictures together, and the page reflows to fit.
- Hold Ctrl (Cmd on a Mac) and press the plus key. Repeat until the words feel easy.
- To go back, hold Ctrl (or Cmd) and press zero.
- Your browser remembers the zoom for this site, so the next visit looks the same.
If you use a mouse, hold Ctrl and roll the wheel. On a touchpad, Ctrl with a two-finger scroll does the same.
How do I make the text bigger on a phone?
Phones have two routes. The first is the system setting, which changes text everywhere.
- On Android, open Settings, then Display, and look for font size or display size.
- On an iPhone, open Settings, then Display and Brightness, then Text Size.
The second route is the browser itself. Most phone browsers have a text-size or page-zoom option in the menu with three dots or the “aA” symbol. Pinching the screen also works, though you may need to scroll sideways afterwards, so the settings above are comfortable for longer reading.
What if the contrast is the problem?
Bright white screens tire the eyes, especially in a dim bedroom or on the late LRT home. Try your phone’s dark mode or lower the brightness. Warm-tone modes can also help in the evening.
If you are reading a long guide, our page on a low-distraction view shows how to hide the extras and keep only the words.
How do I print a planner?
Each planner has a Print button near the results. Use it once you have filled in your plan.
- Fill in your plan and read it through.
- Press Print. Buttons and menus are hidden on paper, so only the plan appears.
- In the print window, look at the preview first.
- Choose your printer, or choose Save as PDF if you would rather keep a file.
If you share the computer, our guide to saving a resource without saving private notes explains what ends up on the paper.
How do I print a guide?
Use the print command in your browser menu, or press Ctrl and P (Cmd and P on a Mac). The preview shows the number of sheets it will use.
Menus, the footer and floating buttons are left off. If the guide is long, print only the pages you need by typing a page range, for example the first two sheets.
What if I would rather print from my phone?
You can send a page to a printer from most phones, or save it as a PDF and message it to a relative who has a printer. Our step-by-step guide to copying and printing a plan from a phone covers both.
A small habit that helps
Choose the size once, then stop adjusting. A comfortable page is one you do not notice.
Try the printable practice tracker at a larger size and print it for the fridge door. If reading on a screen leaves your eyes tired or gives you headaches, it is fine to stop and rest, and a doctor or optometrist is a good person to ask. Our support page lists where to start for wider concerns.
When you are done, sit for a minute with your eyes closed. If you would like a voice to guide you, Sadhguru’s free seven-minute session in the Miracle of Mind app is optional, and everything on this page works without it.
All the comfort guides are gathered on our accessibility and digital confidence guides.
Common questions
Is there a text-size button on Blissful?
Not at the moment. The pages follow your browser and phone settings instead, so when you enlarge the text there, the layout rearranges itself. This works on every page, in every language, and it stays set for future visits.
Will zooming in break the page?
The pages are built to reflow, which means lines wrap and columns stack as you zoom. You should not need to scroll sideways. If something looks cut off, tell us which page and which browser you used.
Can I print a guide as well as a planner?
Yes. Use your browser's Print option on any page. Menus, the footer and floating buttons are hidden on paper, so you get the words. Check the preview first, and choose fewer pages if the guide runs long.
Why does my printout look small or leave out a section?
Most printers fit the page to the paper by default. In the print window, look for a scale or margins setting and try a larger scale. Printing only the pages you need also saves paper and ink.
