How to request a correction to a practical resource
You spotted something wrong or out of date and want it fixed properly.

You can request a correction by sending a short note with the page address, the exact sentence, what is wrong, a source that shows it, and the date you checked. The clearer the note, the faster an editor can check it.
Our editorial approach is that if a fact changes, a link breaks or a reader points out a mistake, we update the guide and its source note.
Where do I send it?
This page cannot give you a working address, because we have not published a monitored contact route here and will not invent one. Please look at the site’s About page for current contact details. If none is listed there, send your note to whoever shared the link with you and ask them to pass it on.
Write your note now, so it is ready when you find the route.
What is worth correcting?
Think of anything that could mislead someone.
- A fact that is wrong or out of date.
- A link that is broken or has moved.
- A helpline or service detail that has changed.
- Wording that sounds stronger than the source behind it.
- A sentence that is confusing, even if it is technically right.
Try this: use the five-line note
Copy this shape and fill it in. It takes about five minutes.
- Page: the address, for example the part after the site name.
- Sentence: copy the exact words you are questioning.
- Problem: say in one line what you think is wrong.
- Source: paste a link to the official page that shows it.
- Checked on: the date you looked at that source.
Add nothing about your health or family. The note is about the page, not about you.
What happens after you send it?
An editor opens your source and compares it with the sentence. If the sentence is wrong, we change the page and its source note. If a mistake could mislead, it is fixed first.
If your source differs from the one we used, we look at which is more official and more recent. Sometimes both are right for different people or places, and then we add the limit instead of swapping the fact.
What can we not promise?
We cannot promise a reply time. We also cannot promise to change a page when the source does not back the change, because we only keep what we can source.
We will not add a claim that sounds stronger than the evidence, even if it is offered kindly. This is how readers can keep trusting what is on the page.
Adapting this to real life
If you spotted the problem on your phone, screenshot the sentence and keep the address. If you are correcting a helpline detail, ring the service or open its own page before you write. Our guide on how we check app and service information shows what an official check looks like.
When to get more support
If the thing that worried you was about your own wellbeing and not a wording error, please speak to a doctor or counsellor. Our support page lists where to start.
Where to go next
Read how our guides are researched and reviewed to see where a correction fits. All of these trust pages sit on our what the research says guides.
After your note is sent, Sadhguru’s free seven-minute guided meditation in the Miracle of Mind app is an optional way to settle before the next task.
How do I report outdated information in our Malaysian resource finder?
If a phone number, address, opening hour or language note in a Malaysian resource listing is out of date, send us the five-line note from this guide and name the listing. Add the official page where you saw the newer detail and the date you checked it, and say if you called the provider.
We read the official source before we change anything, and we cannot promise a date for the fix.
Common questions
What counts as something worth correcting?
A wrong fact, a broken or moved link, a phone number or service detail that has changed, wording that sounds stronger than its source, or a sentence that is simply unclear. If you are not sure, send it anyway. A small note is better than silence.
What should I include in my request?
The page address, the exact sentence, what you think is wrong, a source that shows it, and the date you checked. With those five details an editor can check quickly. Keep personal information out of the note.
Will you change the page right away?
We check the source first. If you are right, we update the page and its source note, and a mistake that could mislead is fixed first. We cannot promise a time, and if we cannot confirm the change we may leave the wording modest.
Can I ask you to remove my personal details?
This site does not ask visitors for names, emails or phone numbers to read guides or use tools, so there is normally nothing to remove. If you shared something by mistake in a note, tell us and we will handle it.
