App provider

Who makes the app, and where is support?

You want a real name and a real contact before you trust a new app.

The App Store lists Miracle of Mind by Sadhguru as provided by Isha Foundation1. Blissful is not that provider, so for anything about your account, your data or a fault, the provider’s own pages are the right place.

This page shows you where to find the name and the contact for yourself, in a few quiet minutes, before you tap install.

Who is behind the app?

The Malaysian App Store listing names Isha Foundation as the developer, links a developer website and a privacy policy on isha.sadhguru.org, and lists no separate support page2. That last point matters: you may have to look beyond the listing for a help route.

Isha Foundation’s own Miracle of Mind page says the app is free and available on the Apple App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android4. We could not open the Google Play listing, so we say nothing here about what it shows.

What does the offer look like?

The App Store listing describes the app as simple, effective and free, and shows it as free to download5. That is the provider’s own wording, not a test result of ours.

Prices and offers can change. The listing and the app’s own screens show the current position, so trust them over any page that was written earlier, including this one.

Where do I find official support?

Isha Foundation’s Miracle of Mind page lists [email protected] as a contact email for the app3. We have not written to that address and cannot say how quickly anyone replies.

Our guide on finding official help when the app does not work has a short checklist to run before you write, so your message is clear.

Try this: a three-minute provider check

Do this at home on Wi-Fi, while the kopi cools. It uses only the store page.

  1. Open the app’s page in your phone’s store and read the developer name under the title.
  2. Find the developer website and the privacy policy links, and open the website once.
  3. Look for a contact email on that website, and write it in your notes app.
  4. Compare the name with what you found on this page. If they match, you have the right listing.
  5. If anything looks different, close the page and do not install.

What if I am helping a parent?

Sit together and read the developer name aloud. A calm check at the start is kind, not fussy, because a store can hold look-alike listings.

If your parent would rather not install anything, that is a complete answer. Our guide on meditating without an app lists what else the site offers, and the meditation timer runs in a browser.

Fitting this into a real day

Do the check when you are not rushed, not in the middle of a school run. A store page uses little data, though home Wi-Fi is kinder if your plan is tight.

If you share a phone with family, make the check once and note the developer name in your notes app. Then nobody has to repeat it, and a relative can compare names quickly.

If reading about providers and privacy leaves you more tense than before, put the phone down. That is a sound reason to stop for today.

Where to go next

For a wider view of what the sources describe, read Miracle of Mind: what the official sources describe. To look at the price question in more detail, see how we check whether it is free. Every guide sits in our Miracle of Mind guides.

If a contact is not enough to settle things for you, it is fine to stop there. If you feel curious, Sadhguru’s free seven-minute guided meditation in the Miracle of Mind app is optional, and you can read the listing first at your own pace.

Common questions

Is Blissful the company behind the app?

No. Blissful is an independent Malaysian publisher. The App Store lists the app as provided by Isha Foundation, so questions about your account, your data or a fault belong with the provider, not with us.

Where do I find official help for the app?

Start with your store listing, where the developer website and privacy policy are linked. Isha Foundation's own Miracle of Mind page also lists a contact email. Use the details shown there on the day you write, because contact details can change.

Does the app cost anything?

The App Store listing describes it as free and shows it as free to download, which is the provider's own description. Read the current listing and the app's own screens before you install, since an offer can change.

What if I cannot find a support page on the listing?

That can happen. Try the developer website linked on the listing, and the provider's own Miracle of Mind page. If you still cannot reach anyone, you lose nothing by skipping the app, and our no-app guide is complete on its own.
